You know a good place to eat when locals from all around gather to eat here. We spent 3 hours on a Sunday afternoon, started with the Chorizo, followed by steak cuts chosen by Miguel the owner with a tasty green local wine (34°), followed by home made choclate mousse desert and a fine port wine! Full, relaxed, happy out. Thank you Miguel

Great quality food. A very nice place with wonderful view. Came here for lunch and it was perfect! The place has a calming effect. It was so peaceful. Our server was very friendly and the service was fast. It’s worth the stop if you’re around Cinfães. Highly recommend!

Celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary here. Great food, wine, and atmosphere. Met the owners who are great and hospitable. Muito Obrigado!!

Tourist trap masquerading as a local eatery. DO NOT EAT HERE. The food was overpriced. Steak arrived half raw. The meat was either frozen or poor quality. The fish was definitely from frozen and even worse quality. On top of all this, we were charged around 7 euros for tap water, bread and butter that came on the table. A meal that we honestly couldn't eat cost us over €60. The wine was decent, but at the price of a single glass we could have bought 2 bottles at the nearest supermarket. As a final note, we called to ask specifically for vegetarian option before we came. They assured us that they existed but once we got there (10 minutes later) it seemed the only thing on the menu was meat.

We've been here recently and ate a Tomahawk steak. The owner introduces the restaurant and food personally, which we really loved. The chef is very lovely, too. We had a splendid time. But be prepared to pay a little bit more. It is very worth it, though.
